Customer Survey	The results are in and the customers have spoken. Sturges received a Customer Satisfaction Index rating of 95% on the 2023 annual survey of its customers. The Index reflects customer opinion on delivery performance, value, quality, ease of doing business, and our ability to solve customer problems.

	Founded in 1977, the Parachute Industry Association (PIA) is an international organization committed to advancing the development, growth, training and safety of the parachuting industry and parachuting activities worldwide.
	NFPA delivers information and knowledge through more than 300 consensus codes and standards, research, training, education, outreach and advocacy; and by partnering with others who share an interest in furthering our mission. NFPA membership totals more than 60,000 individuals around the world.
	Founded in 1911, the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) is the world’s oldest professional safety society. ASSP promotes the expertise, leadership, and commitment of its members while providing them with professional development, advocacy, and standards development. It also sets the occupational safety, health and environmental community’s standards for excellence and ethics.
	The nation’s leading safety advocate for more than 100 years, the National Safety Council (NSC) is a nonprofit organization with the mission of eliminating preventable deaths at work, in homes and communities, and on the road through leadership, research, education, and advocacy. NSC advances this mission by engaging businesses, government agencies, elected officials and the public to help prevent the fourth leading cause of death in the U.S. – preventable injuries.
	The Advanced Textiles Association (ATA) is a not-for-profit trade association comprised of member companies representing the international specialty fabrics marketplace. ATA is the largest, most comprehensive trade association serving this industry.
	The Manufacturers Association of Central New York (MACNY) advocates for the growth and development of New York’s manufacturing sector, a critical component of a vibrant New York economy. MACNY is a not-for-profit association representing more than 330 organizations and 55,000 employees across 26 counties in Central Upstate New York.
